Maintaining Your Watch
We provide services for all quartz, mechanical, and manual timepieces. Everything is done in-house by our master watchmakers.
•Battery Service:
Recommended every 18 months-2 years
Quartz: New battery, cleaning of the battery strap and contact, timing test on quartz timer, new gasket, pressure-proof test (water-resistant models only), cleaning and light refinishing of the case and bracelet. Check the working parameters of the movement and all of the watch functions.
Manual and Mechanical: Clean and lubricate the balance wheel and escapement, regulate timing and adjustment, new gasket, pressure-proof test (water-resistant models only), cleaning and light refinishing of the case and bracelet.
•Full (Overhaul) Service:
Recommended every 3-5 years
Mechanical or Quartz: Disassemble the mechanism, thorough cleaning of the entire movement, oil and lubricate all necessary parts, re-assembly of all the parts, regulate timing to the highest technical standards, 48 hour timing test, new gasket, pressure-proof test (water-resistant models only) cleaning and light refinishing of the case and bracelet.

Victorinox 5-Year Warranty+ (effective January 1st, 2019)
5-Year Warranty+ covers manufacturing and material defects that appear in the course of normal use in the five years after the date of purchase. Additionally, it includes a free replacement battery within the first year after the date of purchase in the event that the battery is defective.
•Proof of purchase:
Customers are encouraged to store their stamped warranty card and/or their store receipt as proof of purchase, it will be needed to demonstrate warranty coverage. The warranty only applies to products that were purchased from an authorized Victorinox retailer. This warranty is granted to the first purchaser or the person receiving the product as a present, starting from the date of the purchase.
•Mail in:
We accept mail-in orders and repairs for those who are not local and cannot find time in their busy schedules to bring their watch(es) in. Just ship us your timepiece(s) with a cover letter stating your watch concern/issue and contact information (name, shipping address, phone number, and email). We will contact you with a free estimate once we receive your watch. After the estimate is approved we will make the necessary repairs and ship it back to you.
**Note: Please do not ship your watch with the original box!
Maintaining your jewelry
If you have articles of jewelry that you wear frequently, it is recommended to have them checked and cleaned by a professional jeweler every 3-6 months.
- Have your prongs checked to ensure that all of the stones are secure.
- If your stones are loose, we can adjust or rebuild the setting to ensure the security of your stones.
- For pearl or beaded necklaces – it is recommended to have your strand restrung once a year.

How to clean your jewelry:
- Use warm water and mild soap.
- Rinse well.
- Polish with soft cloth.
- ​ Dry your jewelry well before storing away. Both gold and silver can tarnish. Water can leave residual stains on precious metals.
- Store jewelry carefully and follow instructions for care when provided.
